Hello Family-
I would like to wish everyone a Happy and Safe Christmas and a Healthy New Year.
This new year 2010 will be a time of new beginnings for me. My children will have graduated from high school and moving forward with their lives (college) by June. I will find myself with time on my hands and so I have decided to live this new year fearlessly, will maybe just healthy with a touch of joy!!!
I am starting a new phase in my life by becoming a health coach for Take Shape For Life. I would be honored to help family and friends put health (through nutrition) into their lives this coming year. I will put a link on my Genie page in the next week or so. It was great seeing all the Spinelli family members this summer, regretted the circumstances and the short time frame, though. Hopefully, we will have another family reunion soon.
