Hi Curator,
Please can you make Sean(Shaun) Joseph Ramoo as deceased

Private User - Sean Joseph Ramoo was a Geni user, so you have to report him as deceased to make Geni staff close his account.

It's says his portfolio has already been reported,
Must be from a previous one to collaborate

Not sure what do now as drop down under Action
Does not Allow

My father passed away two years ago. He is still is a Geni user. I have his login details+password. To make things easy can I simply login to his account, then close his account and edit his profile?

Yes, that is the easiest way since you can control who inherit his managed profiles.
