Where does the phrase "with two dreams" originate? Any additional info?

I can't explain why he's called that, but Deufrewddwyd translates into English via Google, "Two Dreams".

I revisited my correspondence with Darrell Wolcott. He did not give me the reason for the name, but he did affirm that it does mean "with two dreams."

Bartrum, in his A Welsh Classical Dictionary, states that 'Nothing is known about his personal history, or the reason for his peculiar cognomen."
