I am looking for information on Greenberry Waldrop, my great, great, great grandfather, who was born in South Carolina, most likely Laurens, in 1791. Research and DNA show that his father was a Burris. I think what could have happened was that Greenberry's' father, name unknown Burris, died before he was born, and she remarried a Waldrop. I am not related to any Waldrop's prior to Greenberry. I have searched the Burris line and have found no answers.
Any ideas or thoughts or information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
