I am the owner of this family tree, I added him back in 2010 and I don't know why it was locked. Can someone unlock it for me please?

Maggie Loveland - He is a Geni user himself, so unless he have opened up for the family, he is the only one that can make changes on his own profile.
No, he can't even get into it as he hasn't signed up. It was locked by Geni staff.
