I have a relative called Stanislaw Rejer / von Reyer in my tree, born 1802 in Poland:

Having done a DNA test, I see a lot of distant relatives in Finland.
My understanding is, that the noble Reiher / Reyher / Reyer family was residing in Kurland / Courtland area (currently the Baltic states).
There are several branches here on Geni, including Arendt Reiher born 1520

I am curious to find out, if the Rejer / Reyer / Reyher / Reiher branch in my family, are descendents from this branch? Or if it is a separate branch, of German / Preussian origin? There are again many branches there, including Christoph Reyher
