I sincerely doubt Benjamin had much of a connection to Middletown, CT having lived his entire life between 42 and 45 north in Springfield for years. I highly doubt body transport that far in those times for a burial.

He made his will in Springfield and had his probate in the same county of MA in 1687. Either he was with a living child in Middletown, CT between his will and death and did not die in Springfield, or he never had anything to do with Middletown to have been buried there.

Or more likely, the burial information belongs to the Connecticut Parsons, and is legacy from a merge.
