I've been trying to figure something out that maybe someone else can assist with.
Gallego wrote in his memoir that his son is named Michael in honor of his son's grandfather.
That is not the first, middle, or nickname of Gallego's ex-father-in-law, so I'm assuming it must be Gallego's father? But "Michael" would be an odd name for a man from Colombia. Miguel, maybe?
His estranged father's surname -- and Gallego's birthname -- is Marinelarena (most likely Mariñelarena), so we have that right. (Gallego changed his own surname to his mother's in 2008.)
Can anyone find a reference to Gallego's father's given name? We do have active users who work on the Colombian tree, and it would be nice if one of them could help pick up the line and work on it.
