It just seems really unlikely to me that a woman who was born, died and buried in Devon married a man in Yorkshire and gave birth to a child there before returning to Devon.
The whole Courtenay dynasty was from Devon and Yorkshire is a long way away, especially in the 17th century.
The birth place had been incorrectly set to Yorkshire which I have reverted according to the "Visitations" reference cited.
It seems likely to me that the marriage to James Halstead is incorrect.
Thoughts?
