It seems to me that an error has been made, and this is not the daughter of CE Hefer and HH Fraser... it is CE Hefer, and her husband, Hugh Henry Fraser should be her father, named here as Hugh Hendrik Fraser.
Hugh Henry and Catharina Elizabeth did have a daughter named Catherina Elizabeth, but she would not have been married to Hugh Henry Fraser.
The notes attached to this profile indicate her maiden name to be Hefer.
