Mathias Alflen 1787 and Mathia Alflen 1795

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to resolve the question if these 2 individuals are the same person. I have seen trees on FamilySearch record them as being both. If someone could give it a shot to see the relation of both, I would appreciate it.
