I followed the instructions. The GEDCOM does not upload. Only ONE profile appears, my own. I downloaded the gedcom from WIKITREE. I have made my profile settings on Wikitree as public as Wikitree allows and still GENI will not allow the upload. I read the Community on GENI. There is a post that says that Gedcoms are no longer accepted by Geni. The thread is locked. Is that still the case? If they are not allowed then why the instructions on how to do it on the Geni site? If they are allowed why is the thread not unlocked and corrected? And still, I cannot upload. I tried adding my father and adding a gedcom of his ancestors as a branch but I got a message that was not permitted.
There is a sale on, but if I cannot upload a gedcom then, not gonna do it.
