Biography
Moses was born about 1768, probably in Northampton or Anson County, North Carolina. He passed away before 1843 in Appling County, Georgia.[1]

"There are no records of Moses' wife and children. However, since there were only two Vick families in Georgia at that time, Moses and his brother Simon, the children shown below, while speculative, belong to one or the other of these two families. Simon has been placed with this family because he was named administrator of Moses' estate which suggest a family relationship."

Biography
Simon was born about 1771, probably in Anson County, North Carolina. He died before 29 September 1840 in Laurens County, Georgia. Simon Vick moved to Darlington District, South Carolina at about the same time as his probable brother Moses. On 9 October 1806, he purchased 100 acres on the northwest side of Lake Swamp from Simon Stewart. Probably by then he had married MARY SMITH, daughter of Benjamin Smith, a revolutionary War soldier who moved from North Carolina to Georgia about 1800

Simon and brother Moses, sons of Aaron Vick

Several recent merges and I am here due to notification in my email from Geni.
Thank you for any assistance.

Undid merge, made MPs, added bio for Simon. That wording was really confusing.

Added wife of Moses Vick to help sort the children.
