According to this document, Anna was an inmate at Stutthof,Concentration Camp, Free City of Danzig which is located on the northern coast of Poland.

According to Wikipedia: "The first contingent of 2,500 Jewish prisoners arrived from Auschwitz in July 1944. In total, 23,566 Jews (including 21,817 women) were transferred to Stutthof from Auschwitz." This timing matches with the emptying of the Vac Ghetto in July 1944. Everyone was taken to Auschwitz. My guess is that on arrival to Auschwitz, Anna was separated from the remainder of her family (as she was 18 years old, and deemed to be a good candidate for work), then transported to Stutthof Concentration Camp to be worked in a factory. She died there in unknown circumstances.
