Sharon Kindly look at the censor from is written Floran as a middle name. Censuses were usually completed by the head of the household.

After enlargement of doc. Fleuron as a middle name

I was uploading that census at the same time :-).

I will change to the census document spelling for now.

Hopefully we can find the original spelling on the baptism document.

Even the 1916 census seems to use Fleuron

Hi Sharon. I read like you that the name is spelled Fleuron.

The name Flouron in the document is expected to be written by her father who should know how the daughter's name is written.

It will always be best with the baptism certificate, but in the absence of a better one, a census filled in by the father who knows the names of his children, how the children's names are spelled, is also valid.
