Joseph Kohn was born on September 6, 1805 in Jung Woschitz - Mladá Vožice in Bohemia.

As parents are stated:
Father: Nathan Löbl
Mother: Sara Sinek
In the birth entries of Joseph's children (Bernhard, Sara, Anna and Karolina), their grandfather is referred to as "Jakob" and their grandmother is referred to as "Barbara Sinek". I assume that Jakob and Barbara are the Christian names, while Nathan and Sara are the Jewish ones.
In the birth records of the children Bernhard, Sara, Anna and Karolina between 1840 and 1846 it is stated, that the children were born in wedlock.
However, the marriage with Barbara Herrmann only took place on June 8, 1851 in Budislau (Budislav).

Note: The entry below Joseph Kohn and Barbara Herrmann is about Abraham Sommer and Sara Kohn. I assume Sara is the sister of Joseph.
Joseph Kohn was already 47 years old and Barbara Herrmann was 37 years old back then.
In the marriage record Joseph's father is again referred to as "Nathan", while his mother is referred to as "Barbara" instead of "Sara".
I further assume Joseph Kohn, born 1805, had the following siblings:
- Sara - married with Abraham Sommer on December 29, 1851 https://vademecum.nacr.cz/vademecum/permalink?xid=2ab4f627-7893-4c3...
Furthermore, based on the following entry "Familiantenstelle" Zwiestau: https://vademecum.nacr.cz/vademecum/permalink?xid=cd34749d-b680-4c0...
- Abraham Kohn - born in 1796
- Israel - born 1808 and died May 19, 1833
Due to the existing restriction to marry - based on the so called Familianten Gesetz - Familiants Laws - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Familiants_Law - which very valid until 1859 - but obviously only "lived" until 1849 - it makes sense that the marriage of both Joseph Kohn with Barbara Herrmann and Sara Kohn with Abraham Sommer were that late - after their children were born.
Furthermore, based on the following document, https://zayt.org/collections/jewish-familiant-books-1811-1848-redux... - Joseph was the second born son - after Abraham. He tried to receive the marriage consensus (Ehekonsens) in 1835 which was denied. The father is called Jakob here instead of Nathan.
In this entry from the Familianten entry in Zwiestow (Zwiestau) of Nathan Löbl Kohn his parents are stated as Isak Kohn and Ester Löbl: https://vademecum.nacr.cz/vademecum/permalink?xid=cd34749d-b680-4c0...
Hence, it is a bit confusing but I assume:
Joseph Kohn, born 1805, son of Nathan Löbl Kohn (also referred to as Jakob) and Sara Sinek (also referred to as Barbara).
Nathan Löbl Kohn, son of Isak Kohn (also referred to as Jakob) and Ester Löbl
However, what makes me unsure is: In the following document https://zayt.org/collections/jewish-familiant-books-1811-1848-redux... it is stated Jakob (also referred to as Isak) had two sons - Nathan and Jakob, who died in 1811. I was wondering why woud Nathan take "Jakob" also as a name, while he already had a brother called Jakob ...
