By entering a profile to edit the relationship, I have the option to remove a false connection. However, the remove button doesn't work. After applying "remove" action followed by "save and close" option, nothing has changed.

Private User -- Can you please be clearer about which two profiles you are trying to disconnect from each other? Please link to the two profiles themselves, not the "edit relationships" page...that would make it easier for us to figure out which pages you're trying to disconnect.
If that is too difficult, you could also look at the page for Private and tell us which specific name is listed there that needs to be removed.

Jadra, the false connection should be removed first. I will correct the birth days of Mattea Haracich offsprings.
