Does Jacobi write who his father-in-law was?
According to the information I found, the father-in-law was:
Rabbi David HaLevi Segal, "Turei Zahavf" (TuZ/TaZ)
I am trying to find further verification of this

Neither Jacobi nor Friedman (Otser) make Benjamin Vulf the son-in-law of TaZ. However, his son Rabbi Meir Heilprin, [ABD Chelm, Opatow, Lublin] is shown in Jacobi's Heilprin Draft Tree as married (1st wife) to the daughter of Shmuel b. Dovid HaLevi (Taz). Otser (mistakenly I believe) has that Meir # 12822 is the son-in-law directly of TaZ.
PS: Neither Jacobi nor Friedman have any data regarding a spouse for R' Benjamin Wolf Heilprin, ABD Chelm, Apatow and Lublin
