My uncle has had an account on this site a number of years, but about a year ago he noticed he no longer received any notifications sent to his hotmail e-mail, and he can't log on to his account any more. I was hoping I could get edit access to his account if I marked him as inactive, but so far it isn't working. Can someone please help to either reset his e-mail address or change so I can edit the account, and invite my uncle to log on?
