To my knowledge, the parentage of Robert Muir of Loudoun has not been proven. The date of death and place of death of his purported father here is the same in both profiles but there is no evidence that Robert Muir's father ever came to America. I think this parentage needs to be removed until some proof is provided.
I have done an extensive study of the Muir family. I have changed the name of Robert Muir's wife from Phebe Frier to Phebe Bayles based on extensive research and DNA evidence that proves it conclusively.
