Nissel Flekeles Horowitz (d.#5 Tosfot Yom Tov) - What is the evidence Nissel was born in Vienna?

I am curious as to what evidence there is that Nissel was born in Vienna?

I believe her father Yom Tov did not move to Vienna to assume to position of rabbi until March 1625. Everything else I have read would suggest Nissel would have been born in Prague

Vienna was a very small community in 1606 so if the Hellers were in the city at that time it would be significant.
