Josef (Seppl) Beutler born in Adelnau 5.3 1926 worked at the Jewish hospital I Berlin. The night before the pogrom 1938 he fled to Belgium.
Thanks to his location in neutral Belgium he could transfer all letters between London where my mother fled to and Berlin where my grandmother stayed behind. These letters filling 2 shoe boxes are today at the archive in the Jewish museum.
