What happened to the extremely brief and short-lived recent discussion in which this awful idea was initially proposed by another, unfamiliar (to me anyhow) Geni user, was it deleted? (The one and only time that user has ever posted anything, as far as I can tell.)
That machine app is openly available to anyone who prefers that sort of thing, so there's no need to replace and/or relocate decades of diligent human work with that abridged product. It would be more efficient and reasonable to archive the 'convenient' (though of dubious veracity) AI output under Documents, instead.
I would be very careful with AI, it sometimes makes very awful mistakes that can be hidden between very sensible output, so hard to spot. When is is possible to edit the output is becomes even harder to spot those errors. If used it would probably be better to have it in a field that cannot be edited, only deleted and maybe the possibility to add comments and/or annotations.
