May I ask the source, please, for the wife of Yost / Jost Wagner. I see you have Maria Elizabeth.
My records and sources from York County show his wife was Margaret (Margaret) Honsacre / Hunziker, eldest daughter of Jacob Hunziker. Jacob H. was born in Canton of Bern (according to his will)/ He moved to York County, PA and died there in 1762 and lived two parcels over from the Wagners. According to the Canton of Bern archives, Hunzikers were only found in two towns in Bern at that point: "This family comes from the canton of Aargau and the Bernese municipalities of Schwarzhäusern and Wynau." I am still going through the church records but Wynau seems more likely at the moment.
