Hello,
I'm trying to help a distant family member but neither one of us can figure out how to merge his two profiles. He is William Charles Lang, born Jan 29, 1944.
(1) I added him to my tree on Jan 31 2020 and this connects with all family members:
William Charles Lang
(2) I invited him to join the tree in March 2020 but something went wrong and he apparently didn't accept this invitation. Instead, he joined Geni independently and "started a family tree" on April 23 2000, same name, same DOB. He never added any family members. He is able to log into only this profile but of course can't see anyone on the larger tree, where he isn't recognized as a Geni member.
Can you help? He may have used a different email address back in 2020.
