There are no known reliable primary sources about a Thomas Lane who was a child of Samuel Lane and Jane Corbin. A search of the primary sources at Ancestry, FamilySearch, and MyHeritage produced nothing. Neither Frederick Schultz,[1] nor Robert Barnes[2] list Thomas as a child of Samuel and Jane Lane. Larry James did in an early version of his work but subsequently removed him in an update.[3]
This profile should be orphaned from the existing family, since it's not clear who this person represents, and there's no compelling evidence that Samuel and Jane Lane had a son named Thomas. Since there are no descendants, this action wouldn't affect any potential relatives.
