The book does NOT say there were three mistress and three illegitimate daughters.
The book only says there were three more daughters who married notable husbands.
That does not mean they were illegitimate and it does not mean their mothers were mistresses.
The book says that there was only one daughter from the second marriage and so the othe daughters must be presumed to be daughters of the first marriage, not of mistresses.
