William "Billy" Martin's wife is noted in most genealogy searches as Elizabeth Martin. However, at least three other last names are assigned to her by different sites. Three of the names are McCoy, Hawkins, and Murrell. It would be great to locate some factual information for Elizabeth.
Also, some show that she is Indian, but my research finds this questionable. Part of the problem is that the original research on William "Billy" Martin actually got crossed with another William "Billy" Martin line. This caused some more questionable issues. I was able to trace the Other Billy Martin line to Indiana.
What this leaves us with is the unknown true parentage of Billy Martin and that of Elizabeth. Any insights would be appreciated.
