Margaret (Mary) Austen, infant daughter of Thomas Austen and Mary Austen died aged 3 months BUT she also married twice - to William Osbourne and James OXLEY

Another tree suggests that there is a same named sister born 4 years later - Mary Margaret Oxley

Query 2
They have 2 children both called Thomas who both lived to adulthood and married - this seems unlikely

I believe Margaret Austen b 1745 is the wife of James Oxley. She was born in Benenden where most of the Oxley family were also born. I am a direct descendant of Margaret and James. I have a triangulated DNA match back to Margaret's parents. Margaret and James were married in Benenden. One of the witnesses was Thomas Austen.
The James mentioned here is a duplicate of James Oxley

Thomas Austen and Mary Buckwell married in Benenden in 1734. I dont think Thomas Austin b. 1732 in Cowden (quite some distance away from Benenden, belongs to this family.
