In spite of the profile notes stating:

Medilands update 24 Mar 2022 for Normandy Nobility: Avranches, Bayeux, Cotentin
ANSCHITIL, son of ---. Vicomte. His name suggests a Viking origin. "…Anschitillus Baiocacensis vicecomes…" witnessed the charter dated to [1030] under which Robert II Duke of Normandy confirmed rights of Mont Saint-Michel[404]. m ---. The name of Anschitil's wife is not known

Anschitil has both a wife and parents connected. Accordingly, his son Ranulf doesn't have a mother listed on Medlands either.

Are their valid sources for the wife and parents connected to Anschitil?

I don't like speculative lineage that may give incorrect pathways on Geni, so thanks in advance for any additional info to validate these connections.

Comte Ancitel 992 (Ansegisel) de Bayeux (Bayery) - Is his mother really Judith de Boulogne?

What is a source that his mother was Judith de Boulogne? Most sites state his father Balso only had one wife, Poppa of Sulzbach or Poppa of Senlis.

I currently see the inconsistency

Tip: Correct the birth date of Anschitil, Vicomte of Bessin (born circa 992) or check the death date of Judith de Boulogne, Countess of Boulogne (died before 964).

http://www.roegenealogy.co.uk/FH%20Website/fam16791.html is just a personal family tree and has no sources

I've learned that when there is no other documentation, Medlands is often the only trusted source rather than what personal trees show

Yes, I agree. But I also like to find the origin of trees on geni, and, clues for where to look.

Working this far back is nerve wracking because it affects so many. So gathering all the clues we can before taking action is really preferred by me.

So, the next steps are to see what we can dig up on the Family members.

https://www.stirnet.com/genie/data/continent/bb/bzvar01.php based on web sites they found, I think
Balso d'Espaine (Espagne ?), Count of Bayeux (b c930)
m. Poppa of Sulzbach (b c930, dau of Berengar of Sulzbach) who was possibly the same person as Poppa of Senlis
1. Ancitel 1, Count of Bayeux (b c991)
A. Ranulf, Count of Bayeux (b c1017)
m.Alice of Normandy (b c1021, dau of Richard III, Duke of Normandy)
i.Ranulf de Meschines, Count of Bayeux (b c1050, d 1129)
m. (c1069) Maud d'Avranches (b c1054, dau of Richard, Viscount d'Avranches)
a. Ranulph 'de Briquessart' de Meschines, Vicomte de Bayeux and d'Avranches, 1st Earl of Chester (b c1070, d 01.1128-9) GHJRSY
m. (c1097) Lucy (dau of either Algar, Earl of Mercia, or Thorold, Sheriff of Lincoln) GHJRSY
b.+ other issue - William, Geoffrey, Robert
Some sources show William as the William of Copeland whose daughter Alice m1. William FitzDuncan of Scotland, m2. William Paganel of Were. Provisionally, we show that William as son rather than brother of Ranulph.
2. Hugues de Bayeux

Berengar, Count de Bayeux et Senlis
This connection may not be secure. GenEU (Bretagne3) identifies him merely as "Cte Berengar (de Bayeux)" and does not treat him, as we do, as the same person as the "Ct Berenger de Bayeaux de Senlis" who was son of Herbert, Count of Vermandois.
m. daughter of Gurvand, Duke of Brittany @2@ above
1. Judicael Berengar, Count of Rennes (b by 931, d c970) (see alternate version below)

2. Poppa of Senlis
This Poppa (definitely granddaughter of Herbert, Count of Vermandois) is often referred to as the Poppa who (in 886) married Rollo 'the Ganger' who conquered Normandy. However, the dates seem to make this impossible. The Poppa who married Rollo was probably the great-aunt of this Poppa. Instead, noting that her father may well also have been 'of Sulzbach' and that this may have been the route whereby the county of Bayeux was confirmed as belonging to Balso, it is thought likely that she was the same person as ...
Poppa of Sulzbach (b c930, 'dau of Berengar of Sulzbach') --
