Another person did a match of his person Catherine, to a wrong father who happens to be in my tree. I have added to her profile and added this other person to, her correct set of parents. I am on as the manager of Catherine's tree, no matter what I do, it will not let me DELETE the wrong relationship of Neil-not_the_father to Neil and Margaret_ set of correct parents. Catherine is showing the inconsistency of having these two sets of parents to her tree and it says to go to her profile and just delete the wrong one, which does not work. I even removed the original person as her manager and tried that way, but it does not work either. Unfortuantly, the 'other person' is from Holland and his profile etc is in Dutch so I don't know if he had understand any messages that I have sent to him about helping to correct this problem. Any help appreciated.

It helps to include a link to the profiles so we can see them to give you an exact answer in this situation.

In general removing relationships that would split profiles into islands from the tree are only allowed if you have Geni Pro subscription.

The problem starts with a bad merge. What should have happened is that the merge should have been reversed. Instead many of the profiles that did belong to Gunnar Torfinn Fiane have been overridden.
You will need the assistance of a Curator to untangle this complicated mess and return management of the original profiles to Gunnar.

Here is the bad merge that started this: https://www.geni.com/merge/view?revision_id=80846790610
