And it looks like the Hebrew Name, and the info on birth, death, and burial on this Profile all come from that Memorial.

Is there any possibility that all that info is wrong because the wrong Memorial was chosen?
I would like to suggest this is a much more likely Memorial for someone born around that time and named Abraham Moses Elfman:

Based on a Suggested Match to one of his family members - otherwise private to me - as well as the simple fact of his name, Abraham Moses Elfman correctly goes to the Memorial for [Avraham Moshe] not the Memorial for [Avraham Zvi]
