The standard etiquette for titles in a display name when one is a peer, is to use the rank, rather than merely "lord" (which could mean anything from duke down to baron). Consequently, his display name should read "Thomas de Ros, 9th Baron Ros of Helmsley". I would appreciate it if someone with access to correct this would do so.
