On this tree, Yocheved the daughter of the Shach married Moshe Migeza Tzvi, son of Aharon Migeza Tzvi of Luntschitz and Toybe, the daughter of the Shach. This is a mistake. This may stem from Keser Kehunah by Chaim Beirish Freidberg (https://hebrewbooks.org/pdfpager.aspx?req=29079&st=&amp...) "Chapter 3 - [Discussing] Hagaon Moshe, Esther and her husband Menachem, Toybe and her husband, and Aharon Migeza Tzvi." some might have misunderstood this to mean "Toybe and her husband Aharon Migeza Tzvi." with no comma in between. However you read further it says "Toybe, the second daughter married a man from Zolkova (Zolkiew)... the third son in law of the Shach was Aharon Migeza Tzvi, as he took... (the name Toybe was mistakingly printed here and is crossed out) the daughter of the Shach,.. and a son was born to him and he named him Moshe."
