Anne supposedly was married to John Clarke in 1665 and started having children from 1666 onwards.
However she is supposedly the daughter of Anne Herbert who was born in 1697 as daughter of William Herbert, 2nd Marquess of Powis.
Neither of the matches to this profile (Family Search and Filae) list parents.
So I am suggesting that this parentage is perhaps completely incorrect?
