Cecily Yonge (de Baliol) - Are these the same person or maybe sisters?

I was doing some cleaning on my data base and came across these two names, this Cecily and Cecilia (Cecilia de Baliol). They show to be born in the same year and location, but are not linked as related and does not have the same husband. Could they be the same person and married twice or could they be sisters? Did they give twins rhyming names that long ago like some do today?
