Yitel Etel Weiss (Glick) - Name requires proof of source

I'm named after this great grandmother of mine, and only carry the name Yitel. Her grandchildren are unaware that she had 2 names, thereby all namesakes only bear the name, Yitel.
In fact her own daughter, Fradel Lefkowitz nee` Weiss only new of her mother's first name, Yitel. Whenever we would daven for her we would only refer to her mother's first name, Yitel.
I'm therefore reaching to inquire upon where the information of her second name derives from?
