Searching for my granfather

Good afternoon, I'm looking for my paternal grandfather. I know that he was born in Gôa and lived in Inhambane (Mozambique) in 1931, the year my father was born. Unfortunately, for family reasons, my maternal grandmother (Ana Joaquina) was prohibited from marrying my grandfather, which is why my father (Manuel Monteiro) was not registered by his father. I have very little information about him, from my father I know that his name was Manuel Pereira Godinho. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me.
