John Brent - Wives

This John is connected to two wives named Joan Brent.

This one confused me:

Joan Brent

because it appears her father is an unknown Brent and her mother was Joan (Latimer) Brent.

This one appears to me to just be a duplicate of the one above but without a mother connected:

Joan Brent

My question is, who was Joan's father? Was she actually a biological Brent who also married or Brent or is there some confusion here with her mother also named Joan who was born a Latimer and married a Brent.
