Hugh Harry - Parents

I'm confused why Hugh whose surname is Harris / Harry is attached to parents with the surname Owen. I didn't see anything in his profile notes to explain a name change or that he was adopted. Is he connected to the correct parents?

Thanks in advance for any clarification / correction so the pathways are accurate. I'm only related to him if he's a biological son of Harry Thomas Owen.
