The 1850 census shows an 18 year old Charles A Francisco in the same household as Judith Woodson Michaux Francisco. They were living with Ann B. Daws, mother of JWMF's daughter in law, and other family members in Richmond. Charles A's place of birth is listed as Virginia. This suggests he could be a a third son of JWMF and JAF, but I have never heard of a 3rd son and I have not been able to find him in any other records so far.
