Mary's death date of 26 January 1686 seems not to be supportable. She could not be the mother of Mehitable if the date is correct—giving birth to Mehitable 3.5 years she died.

I've cannot find primary or secondary evidence for a death year, and neither has Wikitree or WeRelate:

If Mary is rightly the mother of Mehitable, then perhaps either leaving the death date blank or changing it to "after circa August 1689" would be reasonable. I suggest this since none of the other attached children are "Master Profiles".
WeRelate and Wikitree both show Mehitable as the last of six children born to Mary and Thomas
