Yehuda Aryeh Leib Seif - Death in Stryj of TB

I've seen the death record for this man, my great grandfather. Wondering how often death by pogrom was recorded to an Austrian official as death from another cause, likeTB, so as not to make trouble. He and his wife Mirl both died 1900-1901, but no one else in the family did.
