The connection between Avraham 'Movsha Erokhim Ha-Levi' Levin and Rabbi Yehuda Leyb Katz, HaCohen, of Lutomiersk not appear in any of the sources I have reviewed and I have not seen any documentation supporting the connection. Please provide some form of source information for this connection.
