Piscataway. Emanuel Szasz, at 82, resident of Woodbridge WOODBRIDGE Emanuel Szasz, 82, of Main Street died Sunday at Perth Amboy General Hospital. Born in Yugoslavia, he came to the United States in 1939 and lived in New Brunswick, Perth Amboy and Florida before moving to Woodbridge two years ago. Mr. Szasz served as an officer in the Hungarian army during World War I.
Surviving are his wife, llona Felsen-stein Szasz; two daughters. Eva Moss of Plainfield and Marianna Sofman of East Brunswick; two sisters, Serafin Burkovich and Johanna Szasz; two brothers, Alfred and Frederick, and five grandchildren. Services were held yesterday at the Leon J. Gerity Funeral Home, 411 Amboy Ave. Cremation was private.
