Does anyone know where this profile belongs? I researched unsuccessfully. I disconnected it from the parents because the mother would have been too young at his time of birth, and besides they already have a child by the same name who fits in well with the Maryland family group.
With no sources for guidance, should / could we just merge it with their other Richard and adjust the conflicting dates? (The manager is inactive.)
