Consistency Check: Birth date of Lurana Elizabeth "Leiu" Russell Joliff (Cropper) and her sister Belle Florence Lowery (Cropper) are within 8 months.

Using Census, I was able to adjust other children's birth years so that they are not within 8 months but am left with this one...
