All the children listed below have been attributed to Richard and Elizabeth, however, additional research is needed to confirm their children due to the 1827 indenture (see above) signed by Elizabeth Harvey (died after 1840) and 6 children or their spouses. Some propose that an estate probated in Jackson County, Florida and a Will written in Bryan County Georgia suggested that 5 children attributed to Richard and Elizabeth may be the children of Emanuel and Elizabeth Unknown Harvey (died 1835 in Florida). Two children (Elizabeth and Lemuel) attributed to Elizabeth and Richard Harvey were left off both documents and need additional research. The children attributed to Richard and Elizabeth and found on different documents are:

The 1827 indenture:

John Harvey (John M. Harvey married Mary Ann Alexander and Judith Futch)
Hiram Waller (Nancy married Hiram Waller.)
William Williams (Sarah died Baker, Florida. She married William Andrew Williams)
Richard Harvey, Jr. (Richard Thomas married Cynthia Burnside)
Emanuel Harvey (Emanuel married Mahaley)
Isaac Harvey (Isaac married Elizabeth Burnside)
In 1852-1853 an estate was probated in Marianna, Jackson County, Florida by John Davis for his mother Rebecca Davis DeVaughn and his grandmother, Elizabeth Unknown Harvey (see her profile for additional details). In the court documents, John Davis documented that Elizabeth died in Florida in about 1835. The following heirs of Elizabeth Harvey are listed in the 1852 document:

Rebecca Davis DeVaughn, listed in estate above. ( Rebecca born about 1782-83 married 1st John Walter Davis then 2nd Devaun or DeVaughn)
William Harvey, living in the State of Georgia, ( William Harvey married Nancy)
Susan Bragg, (Susannah "Susan" married 1st William Emanuel McElveen, 2nd Edmund Burnside and 3rd William Bragg.)
Martha intermarried with John Sheffield, (Martha married John Sheffield. John M: died Baker, Florida)
Polly intermarried with James Martin. ( Mary "Polly" married James Martin.) [29] [30]
Before 13 Feb 1817 a Will was written by Emanuel Harvey in Bryan County, Georgia, naming the following Children:

Nancy Martin, (needs research if name Nancy and or Mary, also see Polly (Mary) listed under Florida probate record above and husband’s name below
William Harvey, (see Florida probate record above)
Elizabeth Sheffield, (needs research if name Elizabeth and or Martha, also see Martha listed under Florida probate above and husband’s name below)
Rebecca Davis, (see Florida probate record above) and
Susannah McElvene. (see Florida probate record above)
In addition, James Martin (also see above) and John Sheffield (also see above) were named in the Will.

The following 2 children were not listed in any of the documents:

Elizabeth possibly died as a child.
Lemuel (some have transcribed as Samuel) married Sarah.

The named children in Emanuel's will were not labeled as sons, daughters, grandchildren, etc as many are in wills. As Emanuel also lived in Bryan County it is thought he was a relative. This is presently under review in Wikitree [https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Harvey-113], but the names of Richard and Elizabeth Harvey was probated by John Davis who I believe was a lawyer and was alive and knew the family involved.
