I am contacting you as I saw that you are related to the city of Győr in Hungary.
Next year, a special world reunion will be held in Győr, to mark the 80th anniversary of the deportation of the city's Jews to Auschwitz-Birkenau. The reunion will be held in Győr on July 4-7, 2024, and will include meetings, lectures, tours, inauguration of a memorial plaque, and more. In preparation for the meeting, a dedicated website was created, with information about the reunion in particular, and about Győr Judaism in general - you are welcome to enter and browse it. We would be happy if you could join the site mailing list, and share this information with relevant people and parties.
