(אבסטדו) כהן בלה - Bella Abastado

I have a Yad Vashem testimony by Bella Abastado, written on 1956, where she says she is related with the Surmani family from Rhodes. The testimony is about Yaakov Surmani and it seems she said that she's her niece. I'm very interested because I don't know about any siblings of Yaakov Surmani. I couldn't find any other Bella Abastado, either...
